successfully defended a man who was wrongfuly accused of multiple counts of Child Molesting, who faced more than 120 years
potentially if convicted on all counts. That experience has transferred to other counties in the Wabash Valley, and perhaps
his most well-known trial was the "Tanoos Shooting" case in which he defended Marty Ketner on a charge of Attempted
Murder. Mr. Ketner was found not guilty by a jury from Hamilton County that was chosen after extensive pre-trial publicity
made it impossible to select a fair and impartial jury locally.
